How do I make a booking?

1. Log into the SwatBiz App

2. Select either "Work to Home" or "Home to Work" service

3. Select the date that you wish to book your ride on

4. You can book up to 8 days in advance

5. The office location is fixed at Ulu Pandan Depot/ Bukit Batok Depot/ Bulim Depot (to be selected accordingly)

6. Input your pick-up/drop-off location by clicking on the "Pencil" icon, dragging the pick-up/drop-off pin or selecting from your favourited addresses

7. Select your departure/arrival time

8. Click "Book" to confirm your ride
